Iris Huang, MD, MPH

HS Assoc Clinical Professor

Dr. Iris Huang is an internist at the General Internal Medicine practice at Mount Zion and the Screening and Acute Care Clinic at Parnassus. Huang has a special interest in women’s health and preventative care for healthy adults and those with chronic conditions. She is actively involved in medical student and resident education at UCSF.

Huang earned her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors. She also earned a Master of Public Health degree as part of the dual MD/MPH program at Drexel. She completed internal medicine residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City in the Primary Care Program.

Huang is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the Society of General Internal Medicine.
